The oldest city of the new world, Caral, tell us how societies were able to change to become civilized cities that flourished in its time. Caral was at least 1,500 years ahead of Mesoamerica, the other
center of civilization in the New World.
Peru keeps amazing the world. It is a small South American country that contains many ancient sites that are wonders of the world, like Machu Picchu, Nazca Lines, and now it is revealing Caral, the oldest city of the new world. The ruins at Caral, which is north of Lima along the Pacific coast, have been unearthing archeological wonders for several years.
