Beer lovers will enjoy the fourth annual Peruvian national beer festival from Feb. 26 to March 5. All national brands will participate in the festival.
The festival will take place in historic Lima downtown restaurants Rincón Cervecero and Estadio F.C. The brands participating are Pilsen Callao, Pilsen Trujillo, Cristal, Cusquena, Arequipena, Malta Cusquena, Malta Polar, Real and Cerveza San Juan. At a recent press conference, beer models, company managers and festival organizers were drinking beer and promoting the festival.Visitors will play many Peruvian typical beer games like "La chica del cervecero," "El rey chelero," "La gran torre," "Ruleta cervecera," "Mi cerveza," "Memobirra" and others. A 20 soles ($6 US) beer pass can be bought that includes four beers and a buffet.
